Harvested on the hills of Agalkhan estate, our Blossom gets its name from that special time of the year when every single plant on our land blooms. This is a crucial part of the process as it signifies a gratifying symbol of the hard work and love that goes into building something from scratch, and the incredible joy of seeing thousands of seeds blossom into a sea of flowers that turn into the beans that end up in your cup.
UNDERSTANDING ARABICA
Arabica coffee beans (which are in fact, cherries) have lower caffeine levels and are ideal to give you some cup-lifting, but no jitteriness
